Sodexho Campus Service operates three dining areas on the Claflin University campus. The Dining Café and the 1869 Club are located in the Claflin University Dining Center . The Paw is located in the Student Campus Center.

The Dining Café is the main dining area and most days is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The 1869 Club is the Faculty and Staff Dining Area and is open for lunch on weekdays.

The PAW is the retail dining alternative and serves snacks to full meals to all students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

The Dining Café service area offers the following dining service stations: Freshly prepared soups, chowders and chili all with appropriate toppings. Offered at lunch and dinner a wide selection of fresh greens, vegetable and fruit toppings, and a variety of dressings. Serving the latest dining trends and flavor profiles from around the world. Offering your traditional favorites with fresh potatoes and vegetable. Vegetarian selections will be offered at every lunch and dinner meal. Hot breakfast is also served from this station. Fresh hot pizza selections (including Vegetarian) served daily. Hot, open-faced sandwiches and casserette dishes cooked just for you will be served from this station. Offers all the ingredients for you to prepare your favorite sandwich or sub and also chips and a pickle to accompany your deli creation. Featuring a variety of breakfast cereals, bagels, toast, and hot waffles. Fresh baked cookies, brownies, cakes, pies, hot cobblers and fresh fruits. Burgers, grilled chicken, hot dogs and fries are served during lunch and dinner. Carbonated soft drinks, iced tea, hot coffee and tea, fruit juices and frozen slushes.     The Claflin Dining Cafe Hours: Monday – Friday Breakfast 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Lunch 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Dinner 4:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Saturday – Sunday Brunch 10:00 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. Dinner 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.   In addition to the students on meal plans, the Dining Café is also open to Claflin University faculty and staff and to family and friends of students. Individual meal prices for the Dining Café: Breakfast $3.25 Lunch $4.50 Dinner $5.25 Sat & Sun Brunch $4.75

The 1869 Club will offer a complete salad bar, a hot food buffet line, and dessert bar. The 1869 Club is open to Claflin University faculty & staff and their guests. The lunch all inclusive price is $5.50 The service hours: Monday – Friday Lunch 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.

The PAW will offer its own unique style of burgers, grilled Chicken sandwiches, specialty grilled sandwiches, chicken wings and fingers, hot dogs, prepared Grab & Go salads and deli sandwiches and hot and cold beverages. Service hours: Monday – Thursday 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Friday 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Saturday Closed Sunday 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
